• How long will it take to ship my parcel(s)?
    The average delivery time is around 4-6weeks depending on the country of destination and post office operating hours. Please see our shipping policy for more information on delivery times in different regions.
  • If I order multiple items, will they arrive in 1 package?
    If you order multiple products, they may come separately to ensure quicker delivery.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    No, we’re only available in the United States
  • Who delivers my item(s)?
    Your orders are delivered by our fulfillment center and will normally be handed to you via local postal service.
  • I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
    Please contact us directly and we will help sort that out for you.
  • What time are deliveries usually made?
    Usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) but that will depend on your local delivery service.
  • I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
    Reach out to service@whiskeybarrelfurniture.store immediately regarding the error, we will change it for you. Just email us your full name and correct address, we will update the shipping details for you.
  • How much does shipping cost?


  • I don’t like my item, can I return it?
    Yes, returns on full priced items are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item. All products should be returned in original packaging and return delivery costs are paid by the returner. Proof of original delivery and proof of postage should then be emailed to service@whiskeybarrelfurniture.store in order to obtain the refund.
  • My item arrived damaged. Can I return it?
    Damaged items can be exchanged. Please email service@whiskeybarrelfurniture.store to get a new item or refund.
  • Can I return an item and change it to a different one?
    Provided that the returned item is in a perfect condition, and the product's costs match, exchanges are possible. Please email service@whiskeybarrelfurniture.store for further instructions.
  • How long does it take to get a refund?
    Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with.
  • Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
    Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
  • Orders that are lost or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address provided to us are not subject to any refunds or replacements. In cases like this, please immediately contact your local post. If the package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can have it reshipped again after the address is corrected. 


  • Which currency are prices in?
    All products are charged in USD. 
  • My credit card isn't being accepted. What can I do?
    If your payment failed when you tried to place an order, it could be due to a number of reasons. First, double check if your credit card number, expiry date, and CVC numbers are all correct. Next, you'll want to make sure you have sufficient funds on your credit card to process the transaction. 

    If you receive a Do Not Honor error, then you will need to contact your credit card issuer. In this case, the credit card issuer has likely put a temporary hold on your card and they will need to be contacted in order for this hold to be lifted. Once you have cleared things with them, please try the order again and let us know if you run into any trouble.


  • Can I be charged with import duties?
    All items in our store are tax free unless otherwise stated.


    • I bought something and didn’t get an email from you.
      If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email (service@whiskeybarrelfurniture.store) or our contact form with your full name and shipping address. We will sort this out ASAP.
